2003 – 2010 I was associated as Sales & Services Manager from September 2003 to July 2010 in Bhopal with a group Ms Protherm Engineers (THERMAX TCA) BHOPAL , reported to the Director, TCA of M/s Thermax Ltd. dealt in 4 Division of Thermax Ltd. Level 1 to level 4 training has been done in M/s Thermax Ltd. (Maintenance of boiler and designing of pipe line )

“Sales & Services of Boiler, Thermopack, Water Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Chemicals, Polyelectrolyte, Ion Exchange Resin, Steam Accessories, ESP, Bag Filter, MDC.” 2010 – 2017 I was associated as Partner from august 2010 to February 2017 in doing mechanical projects of Boiler, Thermopac, steam, thermic fluid, water and gas piping fabrication and erection. I was handled lots of projects. Here we had mentioned some land mark like erection of 20 TPH Bi-drum boiler, replacement of Inbed coil of power plant boiler in Mafatlal Gujrat, and also erection of 450 TR Vapour Absorption Machine with it’s all piping in NFL Vijaypur Guna. Recently I was done capacity enhancement of boiler 12 TPH to 15 TPH and also conversion of firing mode pulsating to FBC conversion. I was also designed and supply lots of water treatment plant like DMF, ACF, Softener, RO Plant and also ETP/STP

BOILER AND THERMIC FLUID HEATER

• 1. We are undertaking Mechanical Projects erection of any type of machinery, fabrication of all its accessories, supporting structure and related piping.
• 2. Turnkey project of Boiler / Thermopac erection with Boiler house, all internal works like ducting, piping, supporting structural, Feed water tank, all platform, fuel bunker, refractory, insulation, electrical and instrumentation work with statutory clearance from IBR
• 3. We are doing design and drawing preparation of Chimney as per IS – 6533, and also we are also doing fabrication and erection of Chimney for Boiler, Thermopac, DG and etc.
• 4. We are providing services for the supervision of erection and commissioning of any type of Boiler and Thermopac ( Thermic Fluid Heater )
• 5. We are deal in all spare required for any type of Boiler and Thermic Fluid Heater like, Nozzle, Fire door, Screw feeder, Morey, Feed water pump, etc.

WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

• 1.We are undertake Mechanical Projects erection of any type of water and west water treatment plate like Filter, Softener, R.O. Plant, D. M.Plant, and also ETP and STP, Etc.
• 2. We are providing all kind of services to existing running water treatment plants. Like Filter, Softener, R.O. Plant, D. M.Plant, and also ETP and STP, Etc.
• 3. We are doing fabrication all type of tanks and vessel (MS, MSEP, MSFRP, MSRL, and also in SS ) required in water treatment plant like Filter, Softener, MBBR tank, Flocculater, Tube Sattler Etc. Pre-fabricated piping erection according to drawing.
• 4. We are deal in all spare required for any type of water treatment plant like, Membrane, Cartridge Filter, Softener Resin, Multiport valve, dosing pump etc

OTHER SERVICES

• 1.All type of fabrication and erection of machinery.
• 2.All type of Insulation work Hot and Cold with material like LRB, Mineral wool, Ceramic wool, Thermocol,
• 3.We are doing of Refractory work in all type of Boiler, Thermic Fluid Heater and also any type of furnace.
